What counts as an AI auto-response?+

Any reply Support Buddy sends to a Contact without a Teammate writing it — including AI auto-replies on your widget and in automations. Messages a Teammate writes do not count.

Which channels can I connect?+

Instagram, WhatsApp, and website chat are live on every plan. Messenger is coming soon. Plans differ by how many channels you can connect at once on Basic.

How does seat counting work?+

Teammate seats are humans inside your Workspace. Contacts are the people you talk to. They are counted separately. AI does not consume a seat.

Can I switch plans?+

Anytime. Move up or down from settings. Annual stays prorated.

Do you charge for Tickets or Automations?+

No. Tickets and Automations are included on every plan. Run volume scales with your AI auto-response budget on the higher tiers.

Is there a free tier?+

Basic is free to start. Pro and Business include a 14-day trial.
